3. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty one (21) years old.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD

5. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form by submitting the requested information during the Promotion Period.

6. PRIZE

7. WINNER SELECTION
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner must respond within ten (10) days or an alternate winner may be selected.

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence, and submitted written content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. CONTENT LICENSE
By submitting written content, entrant grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute such content in any media for marketing and promotional purposes.
Entrant represents that their submission is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, contractors and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
14. DISPUTES
All disputes shall be resolved individually under the laws of the State of California, without resort to class action.
